  4. Riesling Kögl Reserve

This small vineyard, on steep south facing terraces, is shaped in an arc, giving the visual impression of the Monk's Hood, hence the name. A recent acquisition for Stadt Krems, it produces a unique and tantalizing wine.

Tasting Notes

Medium yellow hue, with a more brooding aroma, revealing more gradually the deep minerality and power in this wine. Will only improve with age.

Food Pairing

This wine is an ideal partner for gried veal and chicken, but also to exotic food like suchi, Chinese food and Indian food.
