Bianco del Borgo was born in 2010, made only with Viognier grapes, harvested in the Fontarca clayey vineyards. Its finishing in steel tanks, after a short stay in barrels (6 months), gives this wine a fresh Mediterranean acidity with a refined fruity and mineral scent.

Tasting Notes

This easy to drink white wine is the perfect balance between acidity, crispness, and aromatic fragrances. On the palate, it shows a pleasant bloom of jasmine, aniseed, and wild fennel. 

Food Pairing

Ideal pairing with raw seafood such as prawns Carpaccio, sea-bass tartar, or Cantabrian sea anchovies.
