An enticing blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Syrah the Tapada de Villar Reserva is fermented on the skins in open stainless steel tanks and refined in oak for 8 months rendering a
remarkable balance between the oak and the fruit in this classic Portuguese Reserva.

Tasting Notes

Dark and concentrated ruby in color, Tapada de Villar Reserva shows intense aromas of spice and dry fruit, accompanied by nuances of rich, dark chocolate. A wine of great complexity and structure, this Reserva displays soft, elegant tannins with an exquisite finish.
