Madrigal means a short lyric love song or poem containing a delicate thought. Made from 100% Viognier, this wine bears striking similarities to those of Condrieu. The vineyards supplying the grapes are carefully pruned to strictly limit the yield. Fermentation and aging occurs in a mixture of 50% stainless steel tanks and 50% French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

The nose and palate bear hallmark notes of peach and white flowers. Though seemingly delicate, this wine has a solid structure and lingering finish.

Food Pairing

An excellent match to poultry and game, as well as a variety of cheeses.
