Lybra is a sign of equilibrium and harmony and the delicate balance between the terrior, the vine and the grape. Made from 100% Syrah harvested in late September. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 15 months in French barriques with an additional 12 months in bottle for further refinement. A youthful wine to enjoy everyday food.

Tasting Notes

Ruby-red in color with aromas of ripe berry fruit, chocolate, and spices. On the palate, the wine has flavors of dark fruit, hints of chocolate and cassis, and some mineral notes. Full-bodied, with silky tannis and a long persistent finish.

Food Pairing

Pair with Chateaubriand, chorizo empanadas, or lasagna bolognese.
