Vigne Nuove Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC 2011

Vintages:

Wine Description

The Vigne Nuove grapes come from the estate's youngest vineyards, where hot daytime temperatures are cooled by constant winds blowing from the Gran Sasso massif. Hand-harvesting at the perfect ripeness levels, combined with a brief cold maceration with the skins in steel tanks, ensures full-throttle fruit flavors while preserving freshness and acidity. Quite simply, Valle Reale has redefined how good Trebbiano can be.

Tasting Notes

This refreshing wine expresses enticing aromas of citrus fruits, orange rind, white pepper, and fresh flowers. Zesty and crisp on the palate, it is well-balanced, supple, and incredibly food-friendly.

Food Pairing

Pair this wine with grilled chicken, ceviche, sushi, and even savory crèpes.
